Health Care Reform & Shiatsu Shin Tai Lifestyle...

It is easy to feel confused and frustrated with the current issues regarding “health care” in this country. We need to question why are we - one of the wealthiest and educated countries in the world - are such a “sick” nation” - cancer, heart disease, chronic physical and mental illnesses, pain syndromes, addictions and expensive (and sometimes unnecessary) surgeries that are draining our health care system.

We need to take control over our personal health and well being. We have become dependent on conventional Western medicine as the remedy for a lifetime of stress, unhealthy food, unhealthy lifestyle, lack of exercise, fresh air, nurturing touch and free time.

Holistic “health care” practices require an individual to take conscious action, to make the necessary changes and to take responsibility for fully participating in the creation of one’s mental and physical health and happiness. We need to take responsibility for our own destiny as opposed to being co-dependent on the failing health care that is neither about health or care.

Health care means listening to your body, engaging in a practices that develop your body’s strength, flexibility, intelligence, and capacity.

Shiatsu shin Tai s a highly evolved form of therapeutic and corrective bodywork that is deeply relaxing and supportive by improving circulation, detoxification and strengthening of the immune system. Shiatsu Shin Tai therapy addresses both the physiological and emotional components that lead to pain, illness and disease.

The objective is to regain natural movement in the body creating space to alleviate pain and symptoms, increase mobility and self align structural and postural misalignment's bringing the body back to it's natural healthy balance.

"Shiatsu Shin Tai lifestyle" is a tremendous catalyst to creating optimum health and vitality, reducing stress, preventing or reversing disease and maximizing longevity and controlling your destiny.
