From fine art to healing art...

Fine artist, Beverley A. Pattenden’s interest in Oriental Healing Arts began after a car accident in 2004, when she discovered life altering pain relief through acupuncture. She entered into an intensive Oriental Medicine study program exclusive to Shiatsu Shin Tai at the International School of Shiatsu.Beverley established Creative Human Potential - a practice founded on the synthesis of Zen Shiatsu, Shin Tai and body mind energetics, combining this with her own innovative concepts regarding the modern body mind complex and holistic lifestyle.

Synchronously, Beverley developed a series of specialized exercise programs, she has entitled "Chop Wood Carry Water". These therapeutic fusion exercises begin with meditation, breath work, stretches, micro movements and free form movement are designed  for self awareness and self alignment and stimulating your innate healing powers.

Realizing the effectiveness of this multi dimensional work, Beverley’s moxie continues as she launches "The Cinnabar Foundation" a collaborative group of healing artists who specialize in working with survivors of trauma.
